Admission

- Apply directly to each university. Requirements: A-Levels / IB / SAT+APs / recognized high-school diploma + university-specific cutoffs; highly competitive at NUS/NTU.
- Language
- All instruction is in ENGLISH; applicants from non-English-medium backgrounds submit IELTS/TOEFL.
Tuition And Grant
- Moe Tuition Grant
- International students can opt into the MOE Tuition Grant, which subsidises tuition by ~50–70% IN EXCHANGE FOR a legally-binding 3-YEAR BOND to work for a Singapore-registered company after graduation. ~80% of international students at autonomous universities take the grant.

Student visa & residence permit
