Admission

Undergraduate
EU/most apply via the CAO (points-based on the Leaving Certificate / equivalents). Non-EU often apply directly to the university's international office or via CAO.
Graduate
Apply directly to the university; recognized bachelor's; some need GRE/GMAT (few).

Language Requirements

English-medium — IELTS (commonly 6.0–6.5; higher for medicine/law) / TOEFL / equivalent for non-native speakers.
